- Set up differnt price lists for differnt types of customer and marketing campaigns
- Utilize the tools to available within CRM to cature important sales information
- Sales Analysis that CRM provides and report on sales information
- Review how the basic flow of sales activity in CRM
- Know the lead Opprtunity process and the roles of these records
- Work with sales Literature in CRM
- Explore the steps to create and maintain Competitors
- Identify the features and benefits in CRM.
