** Main Responsibilities: - Ensure the facilities deliver a high quality fitness experiences to all members. - Carry out daily tasks and functions. - Develop and update Fitness Center Business. - Oversee Fitness Center Staff. Ensure staff consistently executes the basics in punctuality, dress code, compliance, friendliness and cleanliness. - Train Fitness Staff on current rules and regulations. - Plan and ordering of equipment and supplies. - Maintain the Fitness Center Policies and Procedures Manual. - Help in the development of program, event and activities. - Implement of the group exercise program. - Ensure excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problem, and answering questions for employees and customers. - Offering ideas and suggestion to management. - Create a teamwork environment. ** Key Competencies: - Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues. - Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors. These may include duties at Independence Hotel Resort and Spa & Dara Airport Hotel. - Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to management for the general improvement of the Hotel & Resort. - Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures. - Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language. - Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented. - Leads and attends meetings and training as required by managers. - Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law. - Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback.
