-Assists day day of HR functions duties. -Performs customer functions by answering employee requests questions. -Provides clerical administrative to Human Resources team. -Coordinates HR (meetings, training, surveys etc) take minutes. -Monitors probationary process advises supervisors deadlines reports when due. -Facilitates procurement visas, enrollment employees the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). -Maintains updates monthly monitoring sheet statistics. -Maintains updates employees profile (name, DOB, educational qualification, passport number expiration date, visa expiration date, emergency and medical profile. -Maintains updates Faculty teaching course profile per semester/academic year. -Files HR documents they submitted hard soft files. -Participates regular special staff meetings other meetings requested. -Attends university functions. -Performs other duties assigned by Assistant HRM.
