• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. • Management and training new factory workers. • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. • Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. • Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers. • Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. • Perform other task assigned by Management

• Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Have 3- or 4-years working experiences in Animal feed factory or industry factory • Good in English and Computer skill o Able to speak Vietnamese or Chinese is priority • Strong motivation, good attitude, flexible, problem solving and high responsibility • Multitasking under pressure
