• Greeting with a warm welcome • Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action • Open and close account • Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank products and service with quick resolution • Build client networks and maintain good relationship to increase the bank business

Job Requirement

• University or fresh graduate are highly recommended • One year experience in Finance Institution • Good oral, written and communication skills in English/Chinese priority • Computer literate ( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
