• Lead and create a team of engineers to build customer facing website and application that integrate with our existing LMS or LOS systems. • Should have experience in development of IOS and android apps. • Should have broad knowledge of various programming languages. • Lead the IT vendor selection process. • Identify the correct talent along with HR team and to build a digital first MFI/Small lender. • Identify solutions to operation problems and create smooth work flows. • Understand the user and business requirements and discusses with system/software vendors for implementation. • Should have the ability to identify the customers need and serve them digitally. • Identify tools to effectively enable operations team to disburse loans digitally.

• Graduated a bachelor's degree of Computer Science and Engineering or related file. • At Least 7 years’ experience. • Proficient of English and Khmer with both speaking and writing • Good Teamwork with positive attitude to achieve the task assigned • Good organization and communication skills • Good presentation skills • Ability of creating a positive and respectful working environment • Ability to work under pressure and to complete deadlines. • Experience in working in started up new IT set up • Salary depend on experience and ability.
