-Meet and greet clients and visitors -Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. -Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing, prepare letters and typing documents. -Answer the telephone and transfer them to appropriate staff members. -Setup appointment and coordinate handover works with site management -Know about upcoming projects of company -Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. -Tidy and maintain the reception area. -Assist other staff members as requested. -Perform other duties as assigned.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. -At least 1 years of experience in Customer Service, or a related area -Knowledge of hospitality industry or customer care experience -Knowledge of property management is a plus -Good at using MS. Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer -Good attitude, Patient -Good appearance -Smart and quick learner -Ability to work under pressure -Flexible to travel.
