➢ Well versed in desktop software and Internet related technology. ➢ Analysis and writing of system requirement specifications. ➢ Provide systems training and offer help desk application support to end-users. ➢ Good skills in networking, LAN/WAN technologies and infrastructure setup. ➢ To perform documentation for system activities. ➢ Certificate/diploma qualification in IT. ➢ Prepare and update to date document system training for IT staff and none IT staff ➢ Manage and maintenance all IT equipment ➢ First line support to all users in fixing hardware and software ➢ Monitor and update to date IT security: antivirus, window security, firewall. ➢ Other duties will be assigned by Management.

➢ You are responsible for providing daily operational IT support to our offices. ➢ Fluent and good skill in writing and reading in English ➢ Computer skill for MS Excel, Word, Power Point ➢ Available for standby in office if have some case urgent.
