- Proficiency in weighing, pricing, packing and processing payments - Ability to manage ingredient inventories and to track expiry date - Knowledge of baking and making healthy juices - Washing and cleaning baking and juicing equipment - Advanced ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Vocational training or baking coursework would be advantageous
