- Ensure completed daily EOC operation and report EOC issues to the group if any, and able to raise issue to mos - Support daily operation issue from branches, collect data from user record issues as document and solution - Involve with any testing project by support user testing related Flexcube/OBBR issues - Ability to work at night shift and holidays as assigned by supervisor if required - Maintain system security of flexcube on create/enable/reset password of user

- Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or other related fields - At least 2 years experience of working in core Baning System or related fields - AWL Statement, PL/SQL, VB.Net/C#/ASP.Net/Java/JSP, Financial & Accounting Principle and banking operations
