• Strategize planning, execute sales plan, cross selling & up selling. • Lead, guide & coach team of Insurance Specialist (IS) to achieve targets. • Ensure the Branch Manager (BM), ASC and business banking sales to refer quality leads to Insurance Specialist. • Conduct briefing & engagement with BM & IS to participate in branch and bank sales activities and engagement. • Lead the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to deliver the sales target. • Introduce new marketing strategies to grow our audience base, e.g. online marketing, and targeting new market segments • Work closely with the Program Manager to make sure the business model remains profitable. • Work with program manager to develop pricing strategies for program products/services • Develop sales targets, forecasts and budgets for the overall program • Develop the annual plan and budget for marketing and promotion of program’s • Responsible in monitoring, training, motivating & development of IS. • Ensure no miss selling by and comply with the training hours. • Attend to any other ad hoc assignments from time to time.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in successful business development • Good knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is required • Experience in arts, culture or a creative service is preferred • Understanding of products/service development processes and organization • Capability to promote teamwork and collaboration among different teams • Ability to measure performance by KPIs is highly appreciated • Strong leadership and ownership of own responsibilities is needed • Fluent English is required (Fluent speaking and excellent writing) • Fluency in Khmer is preferred.
