Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations • Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work; • Adheres to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times. General Job Functions • Attends ticket or user call and resolve daily incidents and change request related to PC and IT infrastructure; • Assists in implementation of new patch, hardware or upgrades when required; • Be responsible for implementing those IT standards, policies and procedures; • Participates in other tasks assigned by management to provide support for teams of technical opertions; • Installing hardware and software systems; • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education required • Preferably 6 months of working experience or graduate student • Knowledge of Windows/Linux server systems is an advantage • Excellent analytical abilities and ability to analyze and solve problem in a Windows/Linux envoronment • Basic IT possess knowledge and skills in desk side/server/network support • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Working Conditions This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
