- Daily purchase General Construction materials. - Prepare and negotiation terms, conditions, maintain supplier relationship. - Seeking for new supplier. - Product testing and sampling. - checking Price and process Purchase Order of construction materials. - Checking and follow up the delivery schedule of materials from supplier to site. - Preparing Account Payable report to Account department. - Preparing all relate documents to Account department for pay to supplier. - Preparing Weekly Purchase Report to Supervisor. - Other tasks assign by Supervisor and Manager.

- Bachelor degree in accounting or related file. - Good in English Speaking, Writing and Listening. - At least 1 years of working experience. - Good in problem solving, Planning, documentation and mercy skills. - Proficiency is using Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point…. etc. - Be detailed, hard- working, flexible, honest and willing to working hours, multitask, prioritize daily workload and work as a team. - Good communication, attitude and interpersonal skill. - Fast learner, efficient work, be able to work under pressure and high responsibility.
