• At least 5 year social compliance experience or CSR (customer social responsibility) in a garment factory or trading company • Must have clear knowledge and understanding of compliance human rights and CTPAT (防恐) requirements • Must have handled for the factory various reputable US apparel companies’ social compliance standards (COC) • Must have clear knowledge of ILO and Betterworks requirements • Must have basic knowledge of Environment & Sustainability • Have experience working in a reputable 3rd party auditing firm such as Elevate, UL-STR, SGS, BV is a plus • Must have English reading, writing and communicating ability and work independently
