• Account Payable, check the invoice from Suppliers before pay • Send the Sales Report to suppliers from POS (Cashier system) • Check POS (cashier system) Sales by Item Summary • Export Monthly Sales Report each shop from POS (Cashier system), check and file in drive • prepare expense list and scan invoice to account manager to check before monthly tax declaration • Collect Bank Statement from Bank •Payroll process with Phillip Bank. •Petty cash control
