• Ensure all RO/PR received with full information for sourcing purpose. • Data crunching to table out quote comparison for approval. • Issue PO and follow up till closure • Liaise with inter-department on documentation variances or issues such as reject, return, replacement • Obtain RFP (based on category assigned) from supplier – 3 quotes unless with strong justification within given time frame • Justify and Recommend award based on available option from procurement standpoint • Handle documentation and liaise with the relevant customs authorities if required for clearance of shipment. • Handle supplier evaluation on commercial term perspective • Ensure all raw data report are accurate/ updated timely • Ensure department policy and procedures are updated, if there is changes, route for approval and share within department latest revision • Additional assignments as assigned by immediate superior/reporting manager

• Bachelor degree or suitable commercial qualification. • Minimum 3 years’ Experience in local procurement and logistic, preferably with equipment, spare parts, machinery. • Technical knowledge especially Mechanical would be advantage. • Strong local supplier contact especially spare part, hardware, equipment, machinery. • Good understanding local customs clearance procedure and logistics process, basic knowledge on Tariff/ HS code - • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Able to interact in Chinese would be an advantage (but not necessary) • Good computer skills with working knowledge on Microsoft Window - Word, Access, Power Point, Excel
