• Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of project management, such as company correspondence, presentation materials, maintaining calendars, setting up meetings etc. • Prepare, track, submit and file proposals, contracts, financial reports and other documentation • Meet with clients, sub-contractors and other stakeholders • Coordinate, track and report on project plans and budgets • Attend project coordination, meetings, and site visits as requested or required • Other duties as needed

• Degree in Business Administration, any related fields, or equivalent work experience • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or management experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in Khmer and English • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work well individually and as a team • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Ability to conceptualize processes and propose improvements • Be open-minded to absorb and apply client’s feedback and complaint
