• Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and construction drawings. • Draw and revise electrical and plumbing systems for Villa /flat houses/building. • Develop MEP drawing and detailed design specifications. • Produce MEP design drawing using AutoCAD or other similar software. • Create drawing specifications for MEP as complied with international code practice. • Review MEP design drawings done by colleagues. • Study and do BOQ list • Assist in reviewing construction method statement done by contractor if necessary. • Assist in site problem solving and conduct site inspection as required by Design Manager. Other tasks assigned by Structural Design Manager

• . At least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Highway Engineering • Minimum 4 years of experience in civil or road engineering design & construction. • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other software related to MEP design. • On time response to project handling. • Good teamwork, creativity, and can work independently under minimal supervision. • Able to communicate effectively in English both oral and written.
