Job Description

- Handle full set account balance sheet - Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow - Preparing quotation, invoice and receipt - Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable functions and expenses analysis - Managing payment processing matters - Perform journal entries reconciliations accounts closing - Inventory auditing two times month - Prepare payroll monthly

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Accountancy - MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and other necessary programs - Be friendly, flexible, honest willing work a team. - Effective communication / interpersonal skills - Be able work under pressure tight deadline.
