• Familiar with main KPIs of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NSA (SA); • Familiar with wireless communication theory, familiar with wireless radio technology relevant international standards and technical specifications; • Familiar with wireless UMTS and LTE technology, and take initiatives for learning 5G; • Familiar with principle of radio planning and optimization; • Work language English, and Chinese (preferred); • Communication skills, initiative, and team work; • PC and office application skills.
