Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including the Core Banking system, mobile banking, business application, information security, network, hardware, and software. Responsible for coordinating aspects of planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of the bank’s systems. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key business analysts across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs. Lead large IT projects, including the implement and deployment of new IT systems and services. Troubleshoot and solve hardware, software, and network issues related to internal IT.

Bachelor’s degree or master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Over 10 years working experiences in Information Technology industry. Over 5 years leadership experiences in IT management, including development, implementation, and maintenance of the Core Banking system. Professional and technical background within banking industry. Good English and communication skills on both verbal and written. Good command in Chinese would be a plus.
