Job Description

• Support customers, check and follow up • Answering phone call from customers • Solving problems for customers • Record all the issues and pass to group for follow up • Reply chat, comment in Facebook and Email • Booking for Customers • Work closely with other relate departments • Other tasks assignment by Manager.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Business or other related fields; • Knowledge of Ms. Word & Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email; • Be good at speaking and writing in English; • Know how to deal with customers; • Be honest, good at work and commitment
