• Promote all CMK services to existing and new members and actively participate to make sure that targets are met on time. • Collaborate with the Branch Manager in developing new partnerships. • At the front office, receive customers or any visitor in an elegant way and direct them properly. • Deliver to customers with efficient banking products and services and ensure proper date entries and transactions of products and services provided to customers. • Maintain good customers’ relationship and customer service. • Actively participate to the development of the loan portfolio and monitoring and follow up late loans. • Prepare routine records and reports required by Branch Manager
