• Conceptualize, Visualize, Create and Execute graphic design work with respect to the branding guidelines. • Receive, delegate and execute creative requests from management • Nurture and lead junior designers • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts • Be able to participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas • Work as part of a team with marketers, designers and sales • Lead design execution and deployment whenever applicable

• Degree or Diploma or Certificate/s in graphics design related training prefers but not required • At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, creative agency, advertising agency, or any related field is required • Ability to use design applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, OR other similar design applications; • Have passion and sense of responsibility for the job • Confident and able to present and explain the design concept • Able work under pressure and meeting short deadlines • Able to adapt and learn new processes / software to meet company requirements • Able to communicate (written & spoken) fluently in both Khmer & English • Positive working attitude and good attendance record
