Job Description

-Data entry, ensuring all transactions are entered on a timely basis -Post all Transactions in the accounting system (QuickBooks) -Create invoice and follow up repayment -Ensure all the office bills and invoices -Make bank transfer to suppliers and related parties (Local and Oversea) -Tax Declaration -Experience in audit work -Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement

- University degree - At least 3 years experience accounting with Shipping / Freight forwarding industry. - Excellence command in English is a must. - Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, power point) - Be flexible and problem solving skill. - Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure.
