- Follow SCG Life Saving Rule - Maintain QMS to be compliance with ISO - Control document ensure all document are released correctly - Customer complaint handling: collect data and samples on site. Conduct sample testing, analysis conclude result and collaborate with sale team to response to customer. - Non-conformity control: work closely with production leader manage non-conformity raw material and finished goods avoid contamination with conformity products. - Products quality analysis: conduct testing products quality in order to benchmark compare to others brand. - Problem analysis: assist production operator to find root cause by using technical tools like 7 QC tools ,5M1E, FMEA,… - Other tasks to be assigned by manager

- Bachelor degree in chemical, mechanical engineer, industrial engineer, or related field. - 1-3 years experiences. - Good at computer program (Microsoft Office). - Knowledge about statistical analysis is advantage ** Personal Characteristics - English languages speaking, writing and listening skill is mandatory requirement - Be motivated among the team to promote high commitment and leadership - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise
