- Monitor, check and supervise day-to-day operations of subcontractors - Train & guide direct labour/new employee about farm work - Perform periodical maintenance for tractors & machines - Perform minor troubleshooting for tractor & machines. - Do other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirement

- Able to speak & Write English - Able to operate tractors & perform periodical maintenance - Knowledge in farming - Tractor driving and maintenance skills. - Secondary school - At least 3 years experience.
