• To manage dyke construction, pump station and drainage work. • To plan and source material for dyke construction. • To plan and organize daily/weekly work planning, schedule. • To coordinate with consultants on method statement, specifications and shop drawing approval. • To manage and plan for site equipment and coordinate with stakeholders. • To supervise quantity surveying work (BOQ) for top management approval. • To train staff on work procedure, technical knowledge and skill to improve work performance. • To perform other relevant tasks as required by supervisor. • Performa other duties assigned by Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or other relevant fields. • At least 5-year experiences in related site formation work. • Good oral and written both English and Khmer. • Good in computer literacy MS office, AutoCAD or other related programs • Good in Management and Interpersonal Skill
