•Responsible for developing and designing internal relevant projects. •Developing concept design into construction drawing. •Producing 2D drawing and modeling 3D from concept to construction drawing. •Monitor and cross check for all external project drawing designs. •Site inspection (checking and correcting) during construction and progress reports. •Provide technical solution when problems occur during construction progress. •Work directly with line managers as well as top management. •Ensure project deadline is met. •Report weekly progress of the project to line manager.

Bachelor Degree in Architecture or relevant field. •At least 2-years experiences in similar position. •Be creative/innovative. •Able to use computer application (AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max + Rendering plug-in, SketchUp +Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Adobe Indesign, Ms. Office). •Able to do hand sketching. •Good communication, friendly and welcoming person. •Able to work under pressure, as a team and individual. •Self-confident. •Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment. •Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated. •Strong knowledge in professional skill.
