- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation - Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project - Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections - Procure subcontractors who work on the construction of the project - Measure and value the work done on site - Prepare document for subcontractors’ payment - select and/or source construction materials - write reports

- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering - At least 3 years of experience in related work - Good command of Written and spoken English - Good in computer skill including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Good Interpersonal skill and good team player - Good at numerical skill
