• Understand clearly about the marketing content that related to social media policy • Create and edit original copy to ensure accuracy, well-research, and meet client’s needs and deadlines • Speak with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs • Conduct research to formulate ideas or support writing • Learn about the target audience for copy writing • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals • Collaborate with other teams (video, design, and digital marketing,) to produce high quality content • Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met • Edit, proofread and improve content • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

• Experience in social media platforms at least 1 year • Experience in copy writing or specific industry, such as Healthcare, Marketing, and Technology, etc., is beneficial • Strong communication, research, and typing skills • Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation • Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and target audience • Receptiveness to feedback • Willingness to meet the set deadlines
