• Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content brainstorming, and schedule implementation • Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media best practices and strategies • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns • Researches and monitors activity of competitors • Define most important social media KPIs • Manage and oversee social media content • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies • Use social media marketing tools • Work with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing • Hire and train another team member • Provide constructive feedback

• Proven sound experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist for at least 1 year • 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • Intermediate knowledge of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research • Good understanding of social media KPIs • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Medium-level of consulting, writing, and editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability • Good in English proficiencies.
