• Create contact for new projects / customers’ account • Keep following up / regularly visit existing customers to ensure customers’ satisfaction and loyalty • Ensure sales revenue based on target set by the company • Accustom Bill of Quantities of Quotation • Prepare an agreement for key account • Support product technical specification to customers • Keep track on AR from our customers and make sure that AR is well controlled and cancelled on time • Build good communication with the cross department to ensure that process is completely done and success-full • Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, business or equivalent • At least 5 years of work experience in project sales or related field • Skill in MS Office, internet and Email • Skill in influencing, convincing, negotiating, problem-solving and decision making • Capable of working under pressure and being committed • Be friendly, cooperative, curious and patient • Good command of English, knowledge in Chinese is a plus
