• Participates in the development of the company’s sales strategies • Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual sales goals • Participates in presentations, trade shows and entertainment as required. • Prepares proposals with the management line that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needs • Reviews individual and team goals on a weekly basis; recommends and takes appropriate actions to achieve objectives in key result areas. • Maintains proper flow of information to sales team, reviews sales work file of assigned accounts • Communicates clients' requests to all departments in an effective and timely manner • Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving clients problems • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment • At all times projects a favorable image of the company to the public

• Minimum 2-3 years experience clinic or any related fields • Local market knowledge preferred • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience managing to brand standards • Able to collaborate effectively with other company employees and managers to ensure teamwork • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite • Strong verbal and written communication skills
