- Prepare sale strategy to approach new customers - Set sale target, visit and follow up with customers - Report sale activities to sale management and Headquarter - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Resolve customers complains and raise the issue of customers to the sale management - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams - Lead your team to achieve team target - Able to do competitor analysis and evaluate the market dynamics

- Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields is preferred. - Minimum 3-5 years’ experiences in Sale and Marketing for Freight Forwarding or Logistics field. - Good English communication and writing (if additional Chinese language is priority) - Computer Literate - Able to achieve targeted monthly income set by the company - Able to do Sales Planning ahead (Initial 3 months) - Possesses management skills to be able to lead the sale team - Performs all other duties as assigned by management
