Job Description • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request • Providing technical support across the company • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Testing new technology • Possibly training more junior staff members • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with outlet staff and customers.

Job Requirements • 3rd year or 4th year student in bachelor of computer science or related field. • Knowledge about system installation and network technologies as well as maintenance and IT support • Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills • Ability to work under tight time constraint • Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working and integrity • Good communication skills in English
