Job Responsibility • Make sure KPI of Observed Quality Level is maintained with stability to meet defined Accepted Quality Level • Monitor effectiveness of supplier’s Quality Management System and provide insight to line manager for necessary development areas • Review approved pre-production sample prior-to the meeting to prepare for discussions regarding construction, attributions, finishing, packaging and safety considerations • Make sure all necessary events of pre-production meetings, in line audits , final Inspections are executed on time • Work close with sourcing teams for sample development process • Conduct product audits on bulk garments at selected stages of production. • Correctly execute company AQL audit procedures as outlined in Vendor Manual. • Assist on new factory QQA audit if required.

Job Requirements • Diploma graduate with 10 years’ relevant experience in garment inspection, kids wear will be highly advantage • Vendor management as well as factory management at least 2 suppliers • Previous working experience for US / European Market is preferred • Buying office experience will be a plus • Strong coordination and organization skills and detail-minded • Excellent communicate skill in spoken / written English • Knowledge of MS Application such as Word, Excel and or ESPS • Flexible to meet travelling and inspection deadline
