- Responsible to Collect Payment - Responsible to Prepare DOS to be collected for dealer team - Responsible to Classify and achieve DOS daily then record for reporting to dealer’s sales teams - Responsible for Admin task provided by Head of Accounting - Update AR reports and report to sales (Dealers) and accounting team - Assist dealers’ team to register order in TDD order tool (Bonita) during roadshow and upon request

- High School Diploma or suitable equivalent. - Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections, or related fields. - Excellent knowledge of collection processes. - Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills. - Outstanding phone or verbal etiquette - Proficient computer skills. - Resilient with impolite clients. - 1+ years of experience preferred.
