 Review MEP drawing from agencies, and revise if necessary.  Create MEP drawing  Set up specification for MEP materials.  Do MEP cost estimation for future projects.  Plan and monitor MEP work progress.  Source qualified sub-contractors, and other external agencies.  Assist QS & Purchase Officer in planning MEP material, and scheduling.  Assist construction manager in MEP cost saving.  Assist QS and review Bill of Quantities for MEP work.  Consult site engineer in solving MEP site issues.  Daily update and report MEP site issues and progress to manager.  Other tasks to be assigned by manager.

 Bachelor Degree in any related fields.  Minimum two-year experience in related fields.  Good command of reading, writing and speaking English is a plus.  Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and others).  Ability to communicate and negotiate with sub-contractors.  Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment.
