• Usually require a vocational / diploma - macnical / electrical / machatronicical, industrial technology and / or experience in production body builder and manufacturing processes and techniques. • Minimum of 3+ years of production assembly and / or body builder experience, and 1 year at shop floor management position. • knowledge of raw materials. • knowledge of basic quality systems and standards. • knowledge of basic health and safety standards and compliance. • knowledge of process improvement techniques. • knowledge of human resource principles and practices. • knowledge of machines and tools. • knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices. • Teamwork and flexibility • Organizational Awareness • Service Orientation • Production Process Sequent • Process Management skill • Computer skill for Process control.
