• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary • Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards • Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters • Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock • Ensure supplied stocks meet demand • Prevent overstocking and ordering • Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking • Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies • Create and maintain detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies • Other tasks will be assigned

• At least one-year experience in related filed • Be able to work under pressure. • Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. • Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
