- Preparing the guest personalized itinerary. - Servicing all guest requirements and be a source of information on guest activities, experiences and food & beverage. - Liaising with all departments to ensure high standards of service to guests is delivered. - Overseeing daily guest communication. - Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times. - Maintaining an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guest, management and staff.
