1) Design - Designs creative, eye-catching and customer focused concepts and layouts suitable for our audiences to agreed deadlines; - Ensures that a consistent identity is achieved across all printed materials and the brand guidelines are followed; - Provides design guidance to all relevant stakeholders and demonstrate an accurate eye for aesthetics and detail; - Ensures cost effectiveness, quality and value for money; - Ensures deadlines are agreed and met. 2) Production - Ensures high standards are applied to our printed literature at all stages of production, including pre-press and printing. This will include managing external suppliers such as printers; - Ensures deadlines are agreed and met. 3) Administration - Manages all aspects of designing projects, included filing, raising purchase orders, quote requesting, sending print orders and following up team processes; - Maintains the photography library to keep it updated; - Performs other tasks assigned by HOM.

- Cambodian Male/Female; - Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or related field; - Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field; - Good spoken and written English or Chinese is a plus; - Skill in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; - Having skill in programs: 3Ds Max, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash is a plus; - Skill in communication and media; - Result-oriented and high commitment; - Creative, initiative, and open-minded; - Good team work.
