- Ensures that Food Court must be clean and tidy all the time; - Daily checks shop operating hours to ensure they are punctual; - Controls on re-arrangement of food shop and cleanliness of cooking area; - Food Court inspection of food quality and cleanliness; - Controls all the shop leasing contract matter e.g. contract, tenant liaise, and documentation; - Monitors shop decoration progress accordance to the floor plan designed; - Monitors food pricing to ensure that all vendors not selling the wrong price; - Acquires guests’ satisfaction and handles complaint; - Manages over cashiers and conducts training to develop their working knowledge & know how; - Arranges cashier working schedule according to the situation; - Monitors on cashier’s working performance to ensure for best service; - Performs other tasks as assigned by superior.

- Bachelor degree in Hotel, Hospitality and other related field; - Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field; - Interpersonal and communication skills; - Good Spoken and Written English/Chinese; - Strong presentation skill; - MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…); - Team and goal-orientated; - Good attitude and inter-personal skills; - Good Teamwork and fast learner; - Good at problem solving; - Be creative, initiative; - Able and willing to work weekends and extra hours when necessary; - Must be courteous and have a presentable disposition; - Must have a proactive attitude and be a team player.
