- Greet customers as they arrive at the store - Enter transactions in the cash computer and provide customers with the total bill - Take payment in exchange of items sold - Issue receipts and give change to customers - Respond to customers’ complaints and resolve their issues in a proactive manner - Count money at the end and beginning of each shift - Assist the customers if they need help, offer the customer the basket for carry the items - Refill the products on shelves as soon as possible after the items sold - Ensure the store is neat, clean and organized at all times
