Main Responsibilities: -Plan lessons based on the books and resources provided to you - Bring in outside resources as necessary to ensure students fully understand the lessons - Keep track of and report students’ scores in a timely manner, as required by the program manager - Briefly summarize what was taught after each lesson in a log book - Attend monthly teachers meetings - Ensure the students are following the code of discipline - Keep track of discipline points - Notify the disciplinarians, as well as the program manager, of any ongoing discipline issues - Provide feedback and encouragement to students based on their specific needs

Requirements: - A high school diploma - Excellent written and verbal communication in English - Knowledge and training in teaching methods - Previous experience teaching English - Ability to be flexible and adaptive - An understanding of the rights of a child - A love for children and a belief that all children deserve a quality education
