Job Description

- Manage and control all kinds of administrative documents and office supplies, &update; attendance list - To ensure confidentiality of all documents and records in order - Handle administrative related work inside & outside office, prepare payment - Managing material stock and marketing tools - Report daily to management with supported documents - Perform other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirement

- Bachelors Degree of Business Administrative or other related fields - At least 1 year experience with related fields - Good command in chinese & Khmer both written and spoken - Good organizational skills and time management - Knowledge of Microsoft office, Email & Internet - Strong team work and interpersonal skills, friendly and flexible - Good attitude, hardworking, honestly, and self-motivation - Able to work under pressure Working Hour: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm – 5:00pm Working Day: Mon – Sat
