Job Description

Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Promote sales of properties/land through advertisements Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. Other tasks relates to sale activities

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree of Sale &Marketing; or similar fields. Must good command in Khmer and English 1 or 2 years experiences in sale real estate company Flexible and good research Good communication skill Customer retention
