Understanding clearly about internet material such as Switch, Router Wireless, Access Point 4. Troubleshooting all computers connected by internet cables or Wi-Fi work smoothly together in Customer sites. 5. To check and fix Wi-Fi’s problem with good solutionsfor customers.

1. Holding Bachelor Degree in Information Technology. 2. At least 1 year experience with Technical Support position. 3. Ability to install and manage computer hardware, software and networks. 4. Be responsible and hard working with strong commitment. 5. Be self-motivated. 6. Having knowledge with Microtik and Wi-Fi’s solution is better.
