1) Design - Design creative, eye-catching and customer focused concepts and layouts suitable for our audiences to agreed deadlines; - Ensure that a consistent identity is achieved across all printed materials and the brand guidelines are followed; - Provide design guidance to all relevant stakeholders and demonstrate an accurate eye for aesthetics and detail; - Ensure cost effectiveness, quality and value for money; - Ensure deadlines are agreed and met. 2) Production - Ensure high standards are applied to our printed literature at all stages of production, including pre-press and printing. This will include managing external suppliers such as printers. - Ensure deadlines are agreed and met. 3) Administration - Manage all aspects of designing projects, including filing, raising purchase orders, requesting quotes, sending print orders and following team processes. - Maintain the photography library to keep it updated. - Perform other tasks assigned by HOM.
